Body skin treatments - By Sissylove85

Hi everyone!
We just spoke about body skin and different areas (if you lost that post, here you are: body skin).
As promised, here I am to tell you about the various treatments that we can do to improve the appearance and tone of our skin.

 I recommend you do these treatments using the greatest care, love your skin and don't mistreat it! That said we can start:
  • Body brushing: What we need is a body brush with soft bristles, it looks like a big toothbrush, is easy and is super cheap! Do this operation before the shower, it helps to remove dead skin cells, to give an alarm to the circulation and oxygenate the tissues. Brush dry skin, starting at the feet and moving up towards the heart, so before your legs, then the arms, stomach and back. Do not forget your neck and shoulders! You can also perform this operation every day, the important thing as always is to be delicate. If you do this every day in a week you will see your skin regenerated!
  • Hot bath in salt: What's better than a nice hot bath after a busy day? Fill the tub with warm water (not hot!) And 1 kg and half of salt, then soak and relax! As first benefit of all, this "salted bath" will help you fight the orange peel skin. Second, the salt will not melt right away, then lying back on it will make a mini scrub on the critical points (down and back). Third, if you have sore muscles, it's a lifesaver! Adding a few drops of essential oil you will create your own personal spa and relax even more! The essential oil par excellence used to relax the body and mind is Lavender, but you can use anything you like, the important thing is: do not use more than 20 drops, because essential oils are highly concentrated and high doses can be troublesome or even irritate the skin. I'll get better in another post ^ _ ^
  • Circulatory massage: we all know the benefits of massage, but we can't always go (or want to go) to the beautician. Do the self-massage is not so difficult: always start from the feet and lift firmly and repeatedly to the thighs, stomach do a circular motion clockwise games, from the hands and arms and then up to the shoulders. You can do a self-massage with vegetable oil before taking bath or shower, or immediately after with your moisturizer.
  • Milkybath: Used to sweeten and soften the skin and makes it ready for the following treatments (see circulatory massage or simple moisturizer). Just fill the tub with warm water (not hot!) And add two or three scoops of milk powder, the one for children, the more nutritious it is the one for the little ones, and from 0 to 6 months.
Never forget to put a good moisturizer and you're done!
